Ok ladies and gents. Spin classes for this week are as follows. HOPE TO SEE YOU YOU THERS.
Tuesday 21ST 5pm EST
45 min power climb. In 5 min intervals with 1 to 2 min break in between.
We will be working on climbing with heavy resistance to build stamina, endurance, ,core, and trunk to strength.
Thursday 23RD 7pm EST
Sweat to the speed.
45 min sprints with Jumps mixed in.
Sprint will be a mix like this
1min sprint
1min jumps
1min cool dow
Repeat
Saturday 25TH 2 pm EST
60 min cadence, heart rate, and endurance
Working steady your pace, staying at a nice cadence for those long rides. Working on balancing your heart rate with your cadence while building up your endurance.
