JUST RECEIVED OUR FIRST REVIEW!

I’ve been using Airbnb for several years. now, and consider myself a veteran traveler. I’ve traveled to many places and met many hosts. I can say without a doubt that Whitney and Dan are my favorites. Outside of the great energy and good vibes that their log home brings, they were generous and thoughtful. They actually gave me and my son frozen fish when we didn’t manage to catch any white bass on our fishing outing! They are wonderful conversationalists, and genuinely interesting people. The world needs more of the Whitney and Dan types. I wanted to spend more time with them, and felt very welcome at their home. We will be coming back for sure! Please book this place now because once word gets out I’m sure it’ll be booked into next year. Thanks Whitney and Dan! We appreciate you!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on 2 acres in the lower level of a beautiful log home on the world famous Wolf River. This cozy suite offers a private entrance and walkout to the river. Birdsong greets the morning, the river shines a bright blue at noon and deer roam in the evening. Lunch and dinner are a short drive away as well as hiking, biking and recreational opportunities.
Public boat landing is 2 blocks away. Bocce, croquet, cards and board games available.
The space
The suite sleeps 4, one queen sofa pullout (2) and trundle (2). Electric fireplace for those chilly nights. Full size refrigerator and microwave as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Relax on the walkout paved patio. Fire pit is just steps away with supplied firewood. There are 2 sit atop fishing kayaks available. Our clean and pure water is supplied by our own artesian well.
From linens to cleaning, The River House is scent free.
The River House is just 35 minutes from the EAA grounds and 50 minutes from Lambeau Field.
