OK we had a great couple who were firefighters from FL during hurricane Irma. They were very calm and we loved seeing them enjoy our silo porch, reading books and chit-,chatting ..... Well today we got a package from them an adorable shirt from their fire station they work for ! Just love Josh and Peggy ! Thanks for the love thoughts and gift.

We had the most interesting guest stay in the Silo. She was from an Ivy League University and had a summer grant to study Knitting all across the country including Scotland . She put New Orleans and our Silo on her map. We had a great time talking about domestic arts and crafting and we even brought her around (since she was by herself) to some local spot and needle work and high end fabric stores. What fun Airbnb has been ! Thanks Elaine and you are welcome back any time .
