This Is Voodoo Priestess known as Lala. She was a 6th ward resident and would hang out in a neighborhood bar on the corner of St Ann and Prieur. As a child in my mother's arms, she tried to touch me, and my mother wouldn't let her. When something would happen in my life I did'nt like I would tell my mother she should of let her touch me.
