It's that time of year again! New Orleans, Red Dress Run is back.💃❤️🙌🏼

New Orleans Hash House Harries, a local drinking club hosts the world's most unique running event for charity.

This event involves a two-mile run beginning at
Crescent Park in the Bywaters. Lunch with be served till 11:30 am with live music to follow.

Admission for the event is $65

This weekend the famous running of the Bulls in
Pamplona, Spain, has found its way to New Orleans! 🇪🇸🐂🏃

Instead of real bulls, a flock of derby skaters on roller skates "attack" any correros (runners) who fails to move swiftly through the course.

FUN FACT FRIDAY⭐️

The St. Louis Cathedral is the oldest continually operating cathedral in the U.S., dating all the way back to 1794.

With the famous statue of General Andrew Jackson on his bronze horse and the manicured green courtyard, the St. Louis Cathedral is a remarkable sight.

Today marks Juneteenth and PRA is joining many organizations in celebrating this important date, which honors the emancipation of enslaved people in the US in June 1865. Despite the fact that enslaved people were declared free by President Abraham Lincoln in 1863, this did not fully take effect until June 19, 1865, in Galveston, Texas.

PRA is proud to recognize Juneteenth as a company holiday as we reflect on the significant history of this day in support of our ongoing commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

While drawing on and embracing our varied backgrounds, we unite to provide memorable experiences across the broad reach of PRA and throughout the communities in which we work and live. We look forward to continually supporting the many ways we can do our part to help impact positive change for everyone.
