A wonderful place for families to book a New Smyrna Beach Vacation Condo Rental. We have a beautiful stretch of clean . flat, non-driving beach. Great for families with kids, couples and snowbirds!

We are grateful for the stability of our HDS2 campus and our units’ health after Hurricanes Ian and Nicole. The management and board have worked hard to ensure the stability and health of the complex.

Some of the houses and condos in our neighborhood did not fare well. Supporting our community during the cleanup and rebuild will take a village to be sure.

The temperatures in New Smyrna Beach are perfect this time of year...escape the snow, ice, and all the isolation...instead I recommend isolating and socially distancing from others with your family in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully-appointed, ocean-front condo on the beach....

We love time spent on New Smyrna Beach with our grown children, extended family and friends!
With its deep, soft sand beaches, rolling surf, and routine dolphin sightings, this ocean front setting provides the respite needed from life’s stressors. You really never need to leave the condo’s resort-style property, but when you do, the “old Florida” charm of this small town with its excellent restaurants/bars, boutiques, galleries, and nature preserves provide everyone something to enjoy.

This just in...

Stay safe during this COVID 19 pandemic!

While beaches remain closed, in an effort to provide an outlet for physical exercise, Volusia County has relaxed the prohibition of certain exercise-related activities on the beach. Exceptions to the closure are in place for walking, jogging, biking, fishing, surfing and swimming. Sunbathing, sitting in chairs, organized sports or lying on blankets and grouping of people on the beach remains prohibited. Beach Safety continues to fly the double-red flag. Swimmers swim at their own risk and lifeguards may not be on duty.
