One of the nice aspects of this beach are all the wonderful lifeguards along the beach and some right in front of The Pelican NSB.

*LIFEGUARD SPOTLIGHT* Stella Marsch
Stella followed in her brother Kai’s footsteps, becoming a lifeguard in 2023. If she’s not working on the beach, you can most likely find her running long distances around New Smyrna Beach. She attends Fairmont State University in West Virginia where she is one of the athletes on the cross-country team. Stella is an exceptional lifeguard and was nominated by her peers for the 2024 Lifeguard of the year award. Her friendly, bubbly, attitude is contagious. Next time you see her say hello!

My longtime winter renter just let me know they can't make it this Winter. SO JAN-APRIL 2024 is open!

The Pelican in New Symrna Beach Florida has a Snowbird following for the past 40 years. Nightly beachside happy hours, restaurant group outings, golf tournaments, poker nights, talent shows and much more!

New Symrna Beach is just 25 min south of Daytona Beach and is a foodie surf town with a laid back vibe w/ quaint downtown and good shopping.
