The fully equipped kitchen has all new cupboards, granite counter tops, microwave, ice maker, disposal, dish drying rack, Keurig coffee maker, large 12 cup coffee maker, blender, crock pot, Tervis cups, a full set of plastic and glass wine glasses, can koozies, BBQ utensils for outdoor grilling, electric can opener and plenty of cookware. This unit does NOT have a dishwasher. The comfortable expandable dining room table has 6 chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large bench, a 32” TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and large mirrored closet. New Smyrna Beach is a splendid town for diners, we are spoiled with options galore and can get a fried fish sandwich and an ice cold beer just about anywhere. The list below is for the true foodies, the "cannot miss" eateries that are authentically New Smyrna and worth the investment.
Note: Not the cheapest places, just the best.

Top 5 Restaurants in New Smyrna Beach

1. Third Wave: Worth the wait, worth the money. The food is authentic, beautiful and absolutely delicious every single time. The signature cocktails are amazing and the service is second to none. You can't go wrong with the fish, the Brussel Sprouts, the espressos or signature cocktails. My personal favorite is the charcuterie board. It is enough for 4 people.
2. Spanish River Grill: Chef Henry is a local legend and with good reason. The BEST Fish Tacos on the planet, and a menu full of surprises that change to the whims of a master chef who demands the freshest ingredients possible. Truly a delight to have, the phrase "you gotta try this!" will be used early and often.
3. City Market Bistro: The best chicken sandwich in town, perfect salads and just a delightful little place to dine; it feels personal and cozy without being pretentious. The food is spot on, a cacophony of flavors that will bring a smile to even the most discerning palette.
4. The Bakers Table: an upscale experience from start to finish. Linen table cloth, first class service and the food to match. A great place to go to be impressed, and to impress. This is across the street from Castle Reef. I recommend you make a reservation.
5. Cafe Verde: A garden setting with healthy and scrumptious options that span the globe. Cafe Verde offers first class service, wonderful food in a beautiful setting. Don’t miss the Sunday brunch that is often overlooked.
