The unit is very well lit and bright, with a brand new 50” Samsung Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player with an extensive DVD collection, cable TV, as well as board games, dominoes and cards for your enjoyment. There is high speed Wi-Fi in the unit for all of your smart devices. The living room has a comfortable couch, 2 chairs and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen has all new cupboards, granite counter tops, microwave, ice maker, disposal, dish drying rack, Keurig coffee maker, large 12 cup coffee maker, blender, crock pot, Tervis cups, a full set of plastic and glass wine glasses, can koozies, BBQ utensils for outdoor grilling, electric can opener and plenty of cookware. This unit does NOT have a dishwasher. The comfortable expandable dining room table has 6 chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large bench, a 32” TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and large mirrored closet. The master bath has granite counter tops, a magnifying wall mirror, raised toilet, hair dryer and walk in shower with glass doors and a corner seat. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed, a twin size bed, sound machine, ceiling fan, alarm clock and a mirrored closet with an ironing board and iron. There are 2 beach chairs, umbrella, 6 beach towels, 2 coolers, pickle ball rackets and tennis rackets for your use. The 2nd bathroom has granite counter tops, raised toilet, hair dryer and a bath tub with glass doors. The patio has 2 cushioned chairs and a table. In the shopping plaza located directly across the street are several restaurants, a grocery store, ice cream parlor, salon, beach store and a fitness center. There are laundry facilities located on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors, as well as two gas grills. The well manicured grounds have tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, a club house, year round heated swimming pool and a kiddie pool. Castle Reef is located on a no drive portion of New Smyrna Beach. This is a non smoking unit, no pet unit.
