Ghana has been a feast for our senses, and our taste buds are having the adventure of a lifetime! 🍲✨
We’ve been savoring a mix of traditional Ghanaian dishes and creative fusion delights that marry local flavors with international cuisine. Here are some highlights:
Kelewele: Spiced fried plantains that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. These make for a delightful snack or side dish.
Banku and Tilapia: A traditional dish where fermented corn and cassava dough balls are served with grilled tilapia and spicy pepper sauce. It’s a true taste of Ghanaian hospitality.
Fusion Delights: We’ve also enjoyed tasting innovative dishes where local ingredients meet international techniques, creating unique and delicious meals.
Exploring Ghana through its cuisine has been an incredible journey of discovery. Food truly is a universal language, and we’re thrilled to share these memorable meals with our travel partners.
