A highlight of the "Jubilee of 2025" pilgrimage, the Duomo of Orvieto is a stunning example of Gothic and Romanesque architecture. Built in 1290, its intricate façade is adorned with vibrant mosaics and a beautiful Rose Window. Inside, visitors can marvel at Luca Signorelli's frescoes depicting the Last Judgment and the Eucharistic Miracle of Bolsena, alongside sculptures by renowned artists Francesco Mochi and Ippolito Scalza. The Catholic Foundation for Brooklyn and Queens hosted its annual Bishop’s Christmas Luncheon on December 12th at the elegant Russo’s on the Bay. Representing Regina Tours were our president, Nick Mancino, and sales associates Eddie and Angelica Villegas.
The Foundation's mission is to raise funds for scholarships supporting Catholic education and youth ministries in the Diocese—a cause close to our hearts.
We cherished the opportunity to connect with wonderful leaders, including Bishop Robert Brennan, Bishop Octavio Cisneros, Fr. Joseph Fonti of St. Mel’s Church, Michael La Civita of the Catholic Near East Welfare Association, Fr. Rolvin Romero, and Rev. Christopher O’Connor of St. Mary’s, Winfield.
