It’s true, we ARE hosting an event at on February 9th at noon to celebrate National Bagel and Lox Day!

This Hands-On Bagel Baking class will be led by award-winning baker , and attendees will learn how to craft a New York bagel, master the art of boiling, seeding, and baking, and then enjoy their hot bagels with a selection of spreads and beverages. The will also be onsite to delve into the storied history of the bagel and how it came to be an iconic New York staple.
