Well I am about to take this NYS licensing exam on Tuesday and I need to study… but I have photographic memory since childhood and it has always help me “Ace” test... 95-100%, each and every time!!! Just keep prayers up that I still got the same memory, it's been a minute since I had to take an exam!!!
🙏🙏🙏 I need this license to excel at my present job… even though my position is hybrid, I will be working mostly from home! Wish me luck!!!

This Queen is a busy bee!!! Never let you right hand know what your left hand doing… but she doing it and doing it excellente!!! More to come… keep watching!

If you added up all the time you took scouring the web, reading travel blogs, social media, and trying to juggle multiple Pinterest boards to get your last vacation planned, what would it add up to?

Hours? Days? Months? If you said “too many to count” or “It was so much time that I lost track”, I would have been right there with you [5 years ago/1 year ago] before I was a travel agent.

These days I know [the Caribbean/Europe] like the back of my hand and can pull together flights, accommodations, transfers and all of the little details effortlessly.

Not to mention, I’ve spent hundreds of hours traveling, learning, and making travel industry connections — all so travel planning doesn’t have to take up hours and hours of my clients’ time.

NYC MTA, I need to come work for you! The trains, the buses and now Access A Ride all need someone qualified in R n D, marketing and operational management, and a few more departments … and if I go on I will definitely include those at the TOP(first)!!!

When I think of sloppy, disorganized and hazardous to the public… I think of the MTA in NYC!

Consistently raising the fare but the services SUCKS… with all them capital letters!!! Get it together!!! Hire you own additional trained “police”security(like other agencies HRA, HHC, etc)and give them peace officer status!!! Stop using NYC cops get more transit cops!
Allocated more train cars and buses on frequent services, so more people can sit down or make trains for real sized people(not everyone is a toothpick)!!! I know you eliminated a lot of token booth clerk, use that money for security(FR), and clean them daggone buses and trains!!! If you take pride in your services for others like your customers, they will respect the property!!! Also FIX those MetroCard machine or get rid of them! Bring back the little concessions vendors, it really looks nice!!! REPAIR all the bus stops/stations, in each borough, bring them to life, maybe history about the stations or bus stops on murals or something creative(get those talented New Yorkers to share and show their talents)!!! I have suggestions and yes I have a business degree and working on my MBA, specializing in Human Resources Management… I swear I would fire everybody!!! I mean everybody… dumped and start all over!!! Especially those who have attitudes… it's about satisfying the customer, then the employees, and lastly,management!!! Yes, I am talking about the workers, who deal with New Yorkers, and know how we all get down!!! Yet it is not worth it and not that serious at all!!! It's a tactic in dealing with people, and you need to know how to react to each type of person(FR)!!! Don't let them see you sweat, ever!!!

I couldn't wait to take a trip on MTA alone as a kid(got lost a lot going to BK)but now I don't ride MTA. I am praying for all the passengers, the workers and anyone else who could lose their life over issues that really have nothing to do with commuting(unbelievable)! Keep that noise down…and keep it moving!!! We all have s**t to do and need to get their promptly and safely!!! “Get a life” or as the new generation says “ Make it make sense”!!!

I writing this because I now use Access A Ride and I'm tick tick boom(pissed off), at how this agency works… OMG!!! My complaint will follow the proper channels, and yes I don't know if will rectify the ordeal from today!!! I spoke my peace and felt good that I will be able to make suggestions!!! I know the next time it happens, I will not be too patient!!! Smh… I'm done!!!
