We kicked off our final day at SUMM1T 2025 with an insightful advisor roundtable, where our F1S family shared ideas for shaping the dynamic future of First in Service.

Then, we had a dynamic general session featuring Matt Kutches, GM of Key Accounts at Delta Airlines. This was followed by an engaging panel discussion with Gina Gabbard, CSO of F1S, and experts Kier Matthews, Diego Gutierrez, and Michelle Bearman from On Location Experiences, The Bicester Collection, and Ennismore.

Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious lunch while hearing more industry insights from Dinorah Tobon Hampshire with Hoteles Xcaret.

Today at SUMM1T, we celebrated the community that builds the framework for everything we do. The day kicked off with inspiring insights into the future of First in Service, setting the blueprint for what’s ahead, followed by networking sessions where our travel advisors connected with our exceptional partners. A special shoutout goes to Delta—whose unwavering support has been a cornerstone of our success.

Next, our advisors explored the Silent Auction room hosted by our newly certified 501(c)(3) charity division, F1S Helps. This year, 100% of auction proceeds will be donated to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, helping to provide vital equipment and fund life-saving programs that strengthen our community. Munich is home to the world-famous , the largest beer festival globally, attracting millions of visitors each year to celebrate Bavarian culture. There’s a reason they call it the Beer Capital of the world.

Besides the beer, the city’s New Town Hall features a giant Glockenspiel clock that chimes daily, reenacting stories from Munich’s history with 32 life-sized figures.

The best part? Munich is the gateway to Bavaria’s stunning castles, including the fairytale-like Neuschwanstein Castle, which inspired Disney’s Sleeping Beauty castle and is one of the most visited in Europe.

Another castle, Nymphenburg Palace, has a Great Hall which boasts a ceiling fresco that features one of the earliest depictions of a hot air balloon, painted years before the first successful flight took place.
