Find Your Final Exam Schedule

Final exams will take place Friday, December 14–Friday, December 21. Your final exam schedule is available through SSOL under the “My Exam Schedule” link on your “Student Schedule” page.

Confirm the Details with Your Instructor

Confirm the date, time and location with your instructor, and consider checking in again before the exam to see if there have been any changes. Don’t automatically head to your usual classroom expecting your exam to be there, and don’t rely on SSOL for the details, which can change.

Also, confirm when your last final exam will be held before you make any travel arrangements/purchases. Faculty will not offer alternate exam dates for students who book flights or make other travel plans that conflict with a final exam.

Manage Exam Scheduling Conflicts

If you have two exams at the same time or three exams on a single calendar day on your exam schedule in SSOL, you may request to take that exam at another time during the final examination period that is mutually acceptable to you and your instructor.

Tell your instructors about the situation and ask if any are willing to allow you to take their exam at an alternate time. If you are unable to make suitable arrangements with the instructors, contact your CSA adviser for assistance.

If a professor/instructor needs verification that you have more than two exams on the same date or two exams at the same time, you may provide your schedule, printed from SSOL, as proof or contact your CSA adviser to verify the conflicts on your behalf via email to the instructor.
