So needed....
🎉 Speaker Spotlight: Emily Cochrane! 🎉
We’re excited to introduce Emily Cochrane, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a specialist focus on managing chronic conditions like EDS and POTS.
Emily has a wealth of experience helping individuals navigate the challenges of persistent pain and fatigue. She holds a degree in Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University in Australia. Her clinical practice is deeply informed by her personal experience with POTS, ME/CFS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and neurodivergence.
Since moving to the UK, Emily has founded her own physiology clinic and works virtually to train practitioners across the UK and Ireland, helping them upskill in areas like POTS and EDS. She’s also actively engaged in research, pursuing her doctoral studies in POTS and fatigue.
💡 Presentation Highlight:
Emily will explore the physical and mental energy costs of everyday diet-related tasks like shopping, preparing meals, and eating. She’ll share energy management strategies that can help reduce fatigue.
