People think when sparring you have to get in that ring and hurt each other, that’s 100% not the case. Especially when you in the ring and someone with a lot of experience, yes you put in the work but most importantly you helping that other fighter get better. I’m not the selfish type, I’m sparring I see something wrong I let them know and correct it in the spot, what’s the point in whooping someone ass and not telling them what they did wrong. Especially when we from the same gym. Now if its guys from a different gym best believe imma Muhammad Ali shuffle around that ring lol.

Good luck to our Team Member who is fighting in Madison Square Garden vs New Jersey FD because have been scared to fight us. This young man took this fight with less than 24hr notice, was sitting on a prisoner until 4am and is now minutes away from getting in the ring. Our team has never and will never shy away from a fight.
