After an incredible week teaching in Paris, I traveled to Copenhagen to teach at Vitaliv Yoga, a beautiful and growing space. Over three days, I had the joy of guiding a 200-hour training, sharing the basics of yoga, Patanjali’s Sutras, the five koshas in comparison to the ten bodies, numerology, and some short stories of the ten Sikh Gurus—to give deeper context and inspiration to the mantras we practice.
Before the training, after six days in Paris, I was feeling a bit depleted. To recharge, I took two gentle classes—a classical Hatha yoga session and a restorative yoga with Yoga Nidra—which reminded me of how essential it is to nourish ourselves.
I share this because I truly love all styles and forms of yoga, and I see their deep interconnectedness. I encourage you to explore, remain open, and find the practices that support and sustain you. A big thank you to Vitaliv Yoga, Lukas Witt, the students and the whole team for cultivating a space that embraces diverse traditions with a shared vision. I’m grateful for our years of collaboration through trainings and Sacred Yoga Therapy—past and upcoming—and look forward to returning!
Keep practicing, stay open, and much love.

The mind is often a relentless source of clutter and chatter, making it difficult to find stillness and presence. Just as clearing a cluttered space promotes harmony and order, detoxing the mind replaces chaos and anxiety with clarity, peace, and focus.
This rebirthing practice is designed to release deep-rooted patterns and emotional blocks that weigh down the mind and body, clearing old subconscious programming and opening the door to profound clarity, renewal, and lightness.
