K'antu is an ancient circle dance that represents happiness and joy for the Peruvian people, and that is what we aimed to bring to New York City, with a menu that combines authentic dishes from Peru fused with international flavors ! Situated in the borough of Queens, we aim to enrich the gastronomic offering of the neighborhood with authentic, yet modern Peruvian food. Our cosy venue inspired by the traditional colors and landscapes of Peru, offers an intimate environment and our personalized customer service brings people closer around one of the most outstanding cuisines in the world. With a diverse menu that ranges from the famous ceviche to differents preparations of meats, sauces and drinks, we provide multiple options to those who rely on the Peruvian cuisine as a healthy and delicious option. Our goal is to engage with the community and make them proud of our commitment to high quality food and service. Our beverages range from popular Peruvian soft-drinks, like the purple corn lemonade, to creative cocktails prepared with exotics fruits from all over the continent and the national liqueur of Peru: el pisco. This colorless spirit made of grape juice has become the “next big thing” in the US, and we are taking it to the next level by infusing it with fruit such as tamarindo and mango. K’antu’s cocktail menu is full of unique tastes. Peruvian people are loving and nothing reflects their spirit better than the local sweets. You cannot leave without trying the Peruvian crème bruleè or the worldwide popular milky caramel (called “dulce de leche”). For those who like to play it safe, we have a selection of international desserts spiced-up with the Peruvian touch.
