Kristin TOUR GUIDE Singleton
I am a licensed NYC Sightseeing Guide. My tours include not only sights but sounds tastes culture and a bit of adventure. I have escorted hundreds of teenagers and their chaperones through the city and find it to be one of the most rewarding things I've ever done! From The Empire State Building to Central Park and the new World Trade Center, young adults are a living p
art of what is NOW America's 20th century history. Our mixed cultural history is a must and the rangers at The African Burial Ground and Museum will prove a visit to be an unforgettable experience for students and teachers alike. Specialized routes are the mainstay to getting a complete uptown to downtown taste of New York City. I also worked as an actor and in film production. My personal experiences always thrill the young when they see the actual places where films such as I am Legend and shows like Law and Order have been filmed! Let's not forget theatre! From Harlem to Broadway and Brooklyn, for the people of all ages theatre is a must see while in NY. You can spend an at evening Off Broadway or catch a veteran actors performing Shakespeare in The Park or see one of our grand musicals on The Great White Way! PRIVATE TOURS
On private tours I focus on what YOU want to experience and aim to surpass your expectations with a twist of something more. We can walk and talk our way through the history of Chinatown, eat your way through Little Italy and leave you to shop in SOHO with connected discounts in key affiliated stores. I can also arrange everything from fine dining to the best burger experience one can have! I hold the keys to some secret places (shhhh:-) studied the history of how it all came to be and keep my finger on the pulse of what's happening now and where. Join me on this adventure and I am sure that my knowledge and inspiration will challenge you to one heck of a time! BROOKLYN AND MORE
I love NY and as a Brooklynite I feel that there is that much MORE to offer those who visit us... From The Hudson to the East River, the little island of Manhattan has everything from bright lights to simple cobblestone alleys... But just cross one of America's oldest bridges and you'll find some of the best restaurants, shopping and real NY history too! Let's not forget Queens, The Bronx and we love Long Island too! I collaborate with the best tour guides in the New York and can offer expert specialized tours through historic parts of The Bronx, Yankee Stadium and of course The Bronx Zoo. If you want to get away for a day trip let's take a Wine Tour and see Long Island too. You name it, if it's part of New York's 5 boroughs YOU GOT IT! TRAVEL SERVICES
I have worked over 20 years in hospitality and you can see some of my reviews as an innkeeper on TripAdvisor and know that you're in the hands of an expert. When it comes to travel arrangements, tours, eating, drinking and having a GREAT time I will do my best! If you are connecting to other destinations during your trip, I can arrange travel and recommend the right places for you. Through my Travel Experts, from Amsterdam to Zimbabwe, Buses, Limos, Trains, Planes and Rental Automobiles, we will make it happen! SERVIZI IN ITALIANO

Wow!
Beyond the Statue of Liberty, to the west, lies Liberty State Park, located in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Prior to the establishment of the park, however, the area was an industrial site that included the Black Tom munitions depot. By the mid 1970s, much of the area was abandoned and filled with refuse from its industrial past, as depicted in this photo from 1973. Community advocates like Audrey Zapp and Morris Pesin worked to turn the derelict dockyards into an urban oasis. The park was dedicated, after a huge clean-up effort, in 1976.
Liberty State Park is home to an interpretive center, great views of the Statue of Liberty, as well as the historic Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal, where many Ellis Island immigrants boarded trains for westward destinations.
Visitors to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island can also begin their visit via Liberty State Park. Ticketing and security screening facilities can be found in the park and ferries depart regularly from the northern end of the park to bring visitors to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

The directors of one of my schools from Mexico. I love their disposition as we rearrange half their tour over a glass of wine in . We were supposed to see Columbia and NYU. It's a shame that half this violence on these schools is at the hands of NON students.
