As we celebrate Women’s History Month, it's important to recognize both the strides women have made in the travel industry and the challenges that remain. A recent TravelPulse article highlights that while women make up a significant portion of the travel workforce, they remain underrepresented in leadership roles. Despite progress, full equality is still far off, with projections suggesting gender parity may not be reached until 2158.
