Most AJ1’s sport the Wings logo on the collar-but these aren’t most AJs. This pair pays homage to the prototype that started it all. Inspired by MJ’s first photoshoot, this edition replaces the classic Wings logo with “Air Jordan” on the collar, just like the original pair he slung over his shoulder on that iconic playground. Hidden details include MJ’s handwritten message, “My very best,” on the left shoe’s collar-only visible under UV light. Even the shoebox gets a special touch, featuring unfinished sketches by legendary designer Peter Moore, giving you a glimpse into the evolution of an icon.
