They are committed to empowering cheese professionals to grow in their joy through education and community.

This is why they are a founding supporter of the Daphne Zepos Teaching Endowment which disburses annual scholarships from a memorial fund to celebrate the legacy of Daphne Zepos, an insightful and dynamic advocate for the cause of traditional cheese here in the U.S. and around the world. Proceeds from the sales of these tshirts will be directly donated to the DZTE and help promote cheese education and community every time you wear it!

Seeing as Giving Tuesday is next week, we decided to do a one-week run of our Cravero "Soft and Sweet" hoodies with funds being donated to the Daphne Zepos Teaching Award. Hoodies are $35 and make a lovely gift during this time of year, especially as thank-you's for all of you mongers out there working long shifts to make sure your customers have a lovely experience.
