(Next slide) We’ve haven’t had the best luck with fulfillment centers. We are working diligently to get your BOM boxes to you but have been hit with delays at every turn.

The fulfillment center () informed us a week ago that there has been a COVID outbreak that slowed down production.

We’re frustrated and have been told that the boxes are being kitted and will ship out this week.
