🔹 Representative Office Name
The name of the representative office must be written in Vietnamese letters, without using the letters F, J, Z, W, numbers, or symbols;
The name must include the company’s name and the phrase “Representative Office”;
The name must be displayed at the representative office’s headquarters and printed or written in a font size smaller than the company’s name on transaction documents and materials issued by the representative office.

🔹 Representative Office Seal
The representative office’s seal can be either a seal made at a seal engraving facility or an electronic seal (digital signature) according to regulations on electronic transactions;
The company has the right to decide the type, quantity, form, and content of the representative office’s seal;
The management and storage of the seal must comply with the provisions in the company’s charter or regulations issued by the business, branch, representative office, or other entities.

🔹 Establishment Documents
Notification of the establishment of the representative office;
A copy of the decision to establish and a copy of the meeting minutes regarding the establishment of the representative office;
A copy of legal documents of the individual in charge of the representative office.
