Our European tour started yesterday. We flew in to Madrid Airport and was greeted at the plane door by the Clements Travel meet and greet service.

What is a meet and greet service?

In this case a friendly man named Sergio escorted us through immigration and provided all paper work to the border agent to make sure everything was stress free. We sat back and relaxed while he dealt with our suitcases and loaded our pick up with our driver.

In terms of hotels.

Two years ago the only luxury hotel in town was the Westin Palace. The hotel is still going great and I highly recommend.
