While I am still recovering from a really intense sciatic nerve compression, coming for 2 herniated discs. I started to add some flexion exercises. Here I am following the instructions of my dear @charlie_larose_ambroz for this deep hamstring stretch which requires lots of mindfulness and specificity! To control the roll down from your core , work your shoulder stability and arm strength.
Here I am going in a really slow motion because I am making sure my deep core is engaging and that my lumbar is accepting the movement!
If you don't have injurie , and your hamstrings a pretty flexible! Go for it, enjoy it!
