Controlled articulation, followed by upper body extention + core (in isometric contraction ) +roll up+ control.
Roll down with the physioball , stabilizing again with the deepest core you can find, adding the arms, roll up with arms in line with the ears for the last challenge. πͺ control the movement as much as you can.

We are coming to close a circle. From quadruped position, going in to plank, SD plank now the reverse plank as back muscles are also part of your core. A very fun series when done correctly.
