It’s hard to believe we’re in the final days of 2024 and a new year is right in front of us. 💗

The holidays can bring up the sweetest of memories and the biggest emotional triggers.

Whatever you’re feeling, make room for YOU. I’ve learned that in order to stay steady in my heart and mind, I need my morning meditation, my time to journal, my time for movement, and the chance to simply slow down my pace. ❄️

I urge you to stock up your personal tool kit ahead of the holiday commitments so that you’re whole. And so that those around you benefit too.

When you’re taken care of, you can take care of others authentically. 🥰

I want to thank you all for being here and supporting my growth as a businesswoman, a mother, a creator, a writer and a friend. 🙏🏼

I wish you a blessed and abundant 2025! 🌹

In the last groups of the year, I created space to reflect on 2024 with open-eyes, self-compassion, and ultimately celebration. There’s room for it all if we create the safe space to do so. 💗

Here’s the most major takeaway from all the groups and what I’d like to highlight for you here:

💓When we look at what was hard from the past year, we’re also able to see our own profound growth.

💓Challenge and Growth- it’s like two sides of the same coin.

💓It was intriguing for me to see how each member ultimately looked ahead into 2025, took the learning from the past year, and set very clear, directional intentions for what’s next. There was so much readiness.

💓Each woman looked in the mirror and saw one another too. Some tears were shed and there were also some celebratory snaps (for one another!)

Can you do the same in your journal? In your reflective moments? ❄️

These simple prompts below can guide you...

🍃What was hard in 2024?

🍃How did you grow from it?

🍃What will you leave behind in 2024?

🍃What will you take with you into 2025?

Breathe into the process. Enjoy these last few days of the year.

In Group this week, I reflected on the power of the darkness, the solstice, the shortest day of the year (coming soon) and the influence it has upon us to go inward, to hibernate. 🌚

And yet- life wants to pull us outward (holiday parties, family gatherings, productivity pressure and expectations).

We feel guilty for saying no, even when every ounce of us knows what we will gain in the shadows and the quiet. 🍂

A few reflections on rest that stood out to me from the women in my groups this week:

✨I used to go so so fast, I didn’t even know what it meant to slow down. Now, I simply must carve out that time to rest and be warm with myself. And with my children.

✨For so long I resisted slowing down, but I simply can’t deny that when I did, it’s when I found my greatest clarity and vision.

✨I’ve slowly found small ways to take more rest, to slow down my pace- I wake up earlier to meditate so I don’t feel the pressure of being behind, I’ve started enjoying the time for myself.
I don’t slow down. I don’t. And if I do, it’s often for someone else’s benefit or if I’m sick. This is something I need to better understand and I know this.

By the end of these groups, there’s deeper exhales, more relaxed vibes, and a deeper commitment to understanding the complex relationship with the slow down.

Everyone feels empowered to claim rest when deeply needed. 💗

And if you’re wondering, even 15 minute helps.

So if your body tells you so, take the time. If you can take more, take it.

Say no to social events that your soul tells you won’t serve your growth. 💓

Enjoy cups of tea, warm blankets, compelling books, delicious soup, and the company of those that support you in listening to yourself above all.

Stay tuned for new Groups launching in early 2025 my friends, I’m excited to continue my life’s work with you part of it. 🌹

Happy 13th Birthday to the one who made me a Mom- the most important and powerful job in the world! 💓

Loving you has been the greatest gift. I’ve learned so much from guiding you and supporting you!

And in return, you have shown me so much compassion, care and support. Your empathy and emotional intelligence floors me almost as much as your talent as a basketball player! 😍

I sometimes can’t believe that at 12 years old you were ready to live away from home, to pursue your dreams. It requires so much strength and courage- and you’re living it. 🙏🏼

Thank you for choosing me to be your mom. For being an incredible son, brother and friend.

Happy 13th Birthday!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

I love the afterglow that lingers after group—a sense of having touched a unique kind of magic that only this circle of women could have created.

Last week, during The Art of Leadership Group, we explored the pervasive presence of patriarchy in our personal and professional lives. 💓

Together, we reflected on its meaning:

What is patriarchy?
What does it feel like?

Members shared memories of moments when they felt its weight, grounding our discussion in their own perspectives—perspectives that often challenge the narratives we’ve been conditioned to accept.

Together, we opened our imaginations to what a world might look and feel like if we returned to a matriarchy—a female led society, embracing feminine modes of leadership, collaboration, and being. We celebrated the ways we are already contributing to this vision, consciously or not.

To close, I offered a powerful prompt that sparked such incredible insights, that I wanted to share with you. 🙏🏼

I asked:

If you could offer one small but vital piece of advice to another woman on her journey to grow as a matriarch in a patriarchal world, what would it be?

Here are a few of the highlights:

💕 Find your inner power because whatever is happening outside of you that power can never be taken away.
💕 Trust your intuition always. When you demonstrate your own sense of intuition and what’s right for you, others will follow your lead.
💕 Remember Ubuntu: “I am ME because You are You.”
💕 And a poignant reminder: “They tried to bury us, but didn’t know we were seeds.”

I am, as always, deeply grateful for the wisdom shared in these circles—women bringing their lived experiences, unique insights, and innate strength. Together, we all grow together. 🌹

This year I’m grateful for so many things. 🙏🏼

I could certainly name them all, but in this moment, I’d like to give voice to the thing I’m grateful for the most…

🌱 GROWTH. 🌟

Painful, confusing at times. 💔💭
But it was time, and the universe knew.

This has been a most transformative year for me. I’ve faced hard truths about myself and others , I’ve sat in deep discomfort , and I’ve received so much love and support 🤗—all while I’m growing!

I’m in awe of how the universe just knows when it’s time. And for this divine knowing, I’m in awe. 🙌🏼

Even if this year has had hard moments, my friends, take a deeper look at the transformation underneath it. 🍂

What can you learn? 💡
What can you claim? ✨
How have you shown up? 💪🏼
How have you grown? 🌳
If you slow down and pay attention, I know you can see it, just as I do. 👀

Through this growth, I’ve also learned the incredible power of vulnerability. Leading my groups has shown me that true connection happens when we’re open and honest. Vulnerability is where transformation begins, and I’m so grateful to witness this in myself and others.

As the year wraps up, I’m looking ahead to new opportunities for growth. 🌟 In 2025, join me for Midlife Magic, The Art of Communication, and more experiences designed to inspire, challenge, and uplift.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. 🦃🍁 As always, I’m grateful that you’re here! 🧡

This mid-October period brings and brought some big events and moments:

✨two major hurricanes in Florida effecting my son at boarding school.

✨ my 45th birthday (same day as Hurricane!)

✨a rescue mission to get our son home as soon as the storm passed. (He’s safe and home with me as I write this!)

✨colds and fevers around our house

✨the 19 year anniversary of my dad’s passing on 10/19.

I sit back and look at all of this and thank whoa. Life is really really intense. Why does it need to be like this? And I remember that this just IS life. We navigate loss, calamities, sickness over and over and simply get better at doing it. 🙏🏼

This year, I look at the above list and have a different perspective… here it is:

💫My son is safe! He has grown in bravery and resilience and I guess I have too.

💫How lucky was I to be with one of my best friends who had her hands on my back as I cried when I was frightened for him?

💫Stress is real and it’s ok that I got a cold and had to slow down. Also an opportunity to just be more present with my son home and my daughter sick too.

💫While 19 years is a hard number to reconcile I still literally feel my dads love around me each and every day. I had the BEST Dad and I know that I’m the luckiest girl to have had him. The loss will always be there but so will the love.

💫As my therapist said- growth is one’s ability to navigate the ups and downs with more and more grace and honesty over time.

So cheers to more and more of that. 🙏🏼

✨ This week’s Midlife Magic group was all about sharing our real stories—about midlife, peri-menopause, menopause… and aging. We dove into the macro and the micro, reflecting on how this stage of life unfolds for each of us. It was powerful, raw, and beautiful to witness.

Here’s the truth we uncovered:

1️⃣ Once we stop menstruating, we finally step off the hormonal roller coaster many of us didn’t even realize we were on. The result? A newfound sense of balance and calm—a true relief.

2️⃣ Our priorities shift back toward ourselves, focusing more on our own needs, no longer feeling like we have to be everything to everyone.

3️⃣ We’re more aware than ever of our unique talents. And this time, instead of using them for others, we’re channeling them into building a life that feels right for us—one filled with joy, calm, and peace.

So, I guess it’s official… midlife and menopause aren’t just challenging—they’re also full of incredible growth and goodness.
Let’s continue sharing our true stories with the women in our lives, so together, we can reclaim our power, our worth, and our sense of self as we age and evolve. This story belongs to us. 🌿

✨ Midlife Magic Group will return in 2025! If you want to grab a priority spot or learn more, DM me! 💫

This is 45. ✨🎉🙏🏼

My therapist reminded me this week that growth is being capable of holding all of life’s complexities at once, to ride the ups and downs with grace, honesty, self- compassion, and always, with growth in mind.

I think I’m there. 💗

I am grateful, joyful and proud. I am also often confused, sad, and not sure of the path forward. And that’s ok. That’s real life.

But there is so much love in my life and that is what makes the journey so beautiful. 💫

Thanks to all of you who enrich me every day, who cheer me on to fully be myself, and who believe in who I believe myself to be.

This is 45!

Only a Mother would fly into a hurricane….and that’s exactly what I did. 😳

This past week was my first chance to visit my son at boarding school in Florida and so when the news of an aggressive hurricane coming up the Gulf graced my news feed, my heart dropped to the floor. I couldn’t bear the idea of delaying my trip to see him, nor, could I handle the anxiety of him experiencing his first super storm without his family around him. For a moment, i thought of cancelling and dealing with my situational depression, but the mama bear instinct was stronger.

I changed my flights and flew out earlier….my daughter traveled with me, her school work in a little red folder in her backpack. My partner had a major work event he had to make and so I made the choice to go into the storm solo.

There was something about the choice that felt powerful.

So here’s what happened:

🍂I saw my son and wow, did i need that time with him.

🍂In the face of such a destructive storm, we did incredibly well. I got to see firsthand how set up his school is for this kind of weather emergency.

🍂My kids made up for lost time through laughter, wrestling, and yes, fighting. I’m an only child so can someone please explain to me how siblings jump from snuggling to fighting in a hot second?!

And now that I’m home and hear news of homes and lives lost, I feel such immense gratitude for how untouched we were and send love and support to all those affected by Hurricane Helene. 🙏🏼💗
