The Polish Festival is an undertaking of the Polish-American community of Saint Stanislaus Kostka to acquaint the Staten Island community with Polish culture, music, traditions, arts, and crafts. The festival features live performances by singers and dance groups representing traditional culture. To provide our guests with a taste of Poland, traditional cuisine is served throughout the day including kielbasa, pierogi, golabki (stuffed cabbage), baked goods, and Polish beer.
