GYROTONIC LEVEL 1 PRE-TRAINING
30 hours of intensive GYROTONIC training with Authorized Master Teacher Billy Macagnone. November 4th thru 9th 2024.
This is also a pre-requisite for taking the Level 1 TTC which he will be offering in January 2025.

Have you ever heard of Gyrotonic open workout?
This is you using the machine by yourself.
Of course you would have to have had some previous experience as in classes or privates but you might be ready to try doing this on your own. This is a perfect way to increase your training!
Open workouts are affordable and it is a great way to allow the intelligence of the Gyrotonic system to enter your body as you will be increasing the muscle memory by coming more!
HOW TO GET STARTED:
If you are interested we will give you a personal tutorial on how to set the machine up including the weights and various handle unit settings.
Open workouts are discounted at only $25 per hour (usually 33$)
All sessions are done by reserving through the desk we always observe the 24 hour cancellation policy. call us at 212 375 0430 or email us at [email protected]
