I am an IPEC Certified Life Coach who supports my clients to eliminate obstacles, gain clarity, set goals and hold them accountable to achieve their desires. I encourage my clients to achieve success and show them how to shift their perceptions to make positive life changes. If you are feeling stuck, confused, depressed, or find yourself in destructive patterns, I will provide you with the tools to take action and strive for desired results and life balance. My personal and professional mission is to recognize that the things we feel as people, while they can vastly differ given the person and the situation, are never right or wrong - they are simply different. As a short term peer counselor, I charge myself with focusing more on discovery (less on instruction), lending an empathetic ear, and working to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for those with whom I work.
