You don't need to be so hard on yourself to be successful or to create success.
I am so happy that I learned this. What helped me to understand a new way or working and managing the chaos of life was learning and practice self compassion! It's amazing what happens - I am kinder to myself, more patient, less anxious and I actually get more done with more creativity and satisfaction.
Compassion is a skill just learning to dance. Only this skill helps me to dance with humanity as it is. Instead of how I want it to be.

I trained at Stanford University this past year in their Ambassodor of Compassion Program.
