This 5* hotel is in a great location in Brisbane and is walking distance to many different restaurants with great food options. Everything I’ve had so far is outstanding. I had breakfast at Blue Bear Coffeehouse, lunch at Mr. Percival’s and dinner at Greca Greek Restaurant.

I love that this hotel has different options for destination weddings!

Check out the view from the bathroom in room 310, which is my current view and honeymoon approved!

Any one that knows me knows I'm an avid recycler, I love how environmentally conscious they are. There are hydration stations on every other floor so you can refill your reuseable water bottle. The hangers in the closet are recycled parking tickets. They call it responsible luxury and I agree!

I'm back and ready to help book your next vacation. I'm currently in Australia and want to share that the Polaris Lounge at SFO impressed me! Most of you know that's hard to do! I'm equally impressed with flying Polaris Class SFO-Brisbane.

Want to arrive well rested so you can start touring on day 1? Polaris Class will allow you to do that. You'll be super comfortable so you can sleep in your lie-flat bed while in comfy PJs. The service and meals are top notch on the plane.

Travel has been my love and fulltime career for over 20 years. COVID has changed so many things and the travel industry has taken a hit unlike any other industry. I have a few changes to announce and hope you’ll be excited that local clients can continue to work with me in a different capacity.

I am closing the storefront office of Travel by Fara LLC. I will continue to take new bookings for existing clients as my schedule allows and work as a homebased travel agent. All existing bookings will continue to be serviced by me. The office number has been forwarded to my cell and my cell phone number will remain the same.

I have accepted a fulltime position as the Sales Operations Manager for Connecticut Mattress. My dad has worked in the mattress industry for over 30 years and I’m excited to be part of his world. Connecticut Mattress is family owned, local and shares the same customer service values that I have. They do not have commission-based salespeople and they specialize in helping people feel better and sleep better. I think it’s a perfect fit for me and what I bring to the table. I’ll be in and out of all 3 stores, so if you want to work with me, feel free to call ahead to find out my schedule.

Thank you for your support throughout my career in travel. You’ve been the best clients and I value each and every one of you and the friendships that we’ve made. I’m excited for the future and the next chapter at Connecticut Mattress.
