Another 5 Star review from our guests this past weekend! Matt and Katie have a tradition with their friends where they take turns planning a suprise vacation. They decide on a budget and send the money to one couple who plans the whole thing and keeps it a suprise until the day of, when they get the address to where they are going! How fun is that?!

Happy to report that they were very pleased with what Matt and Katie chose for them ♥️.

Molly O Properties is not just our business. It’s our legacy for our family and we spent a lot of time at both Back Dat Boat Up Lakehouse and Up In Here Mountain House. This weekend, we are at Up In Here celebrating our daughter Eliza Mae, she turns 15yrs old tomorrow! Glad I woke up early to take in this sunrise from the deck 💜.

People often ask for pictures of the front of Up in Here. Since it sits on the side of a mountain, we’d really need a drone to take some great exterior photos.

Earlier this week, I was there and went for a walk and was able to see the house since all the leaves are off the trees! Here’s a preview until we get that drone footage 😍.

Review from our recent guests:

Patrick and Courtney have landed a real gem with Up in Here! Everything about our stay was warm and cozy: the gas fireplace, rocking chairs on the back porch (8 of them!), hot tub, comfy furniture and beds with all the fuzzy blankets one could ever want! The large, well stocked kitchen made it so convenient to cook our meals just like we would at home- chili, homemade pizza, and fresh-baked cookies. The location was convenient to get to Linville Falls and Linville Caverns. The only regret we have is that we didn’t book for a longer stay! Looking forward to our next visit to Up in Here!
