CASA'S 229 AND 231 HAD CENTRAL AC INSTALLED FEBRUARY 2024
(CASITA'S 216A AND 216B HAVE CENTRAL AC).
Casa 225, 227, and 223 have portable AC units when needed (possibly a week or so in August) plus plenty of fans. Temps are mild all year in Newport Beach...AC is generally not required.

We put up a few specials today..even a few summer dates for 225 and a few others. Worth checking out. Once we get back on track with 225 the rate will go back.

SAVE BIG BUCKS! We had a date available blip with Casa 225 3bd/2ba. We weren't aware there was an issue booking...therefore we have dates we ordinarily would not have available 4/14-5/2, 5/5-5/9, 5/12-5/16, 6/9-6/29, 7/13-7/20, 7/27-8/03, 8/17-10/05, 10/12-11/01

WHEW! That's a lot of dates we normally do not have available at this time of year.

Casa 225 has been refreshened ..new chairs in the great room and new large Samsung Smart tv's secondary and third bedroom.

Casa 227 has the new tv's as well.

We will be using the Spectrum app soon...if not already done. No boxes.

Casa 229 3bd/2ba and Casa 231 2bd/2ba now has central AC although you really don't need it because our temps are so moderate. May use possibly in August for a few days!

We've been doing a lot of maintenance and upgrading...hopefully, new pics shortly. Casa 229 has a new large screen Samsung TV in the great room and Casa 225 had chairs replaced.

We still have the first few nights of the boat parade starting Wednesday 12/13 available. There will be vendors and food vendors, live music and entertainment on our beach at the park. The parade is kicked off with fireworks at the mai pier. The parade turns here about 6:40pm ...perfect time to bring little ones.
