As many of you know, we had planned to convert our 200 year old stable into a brewery this summer. With everything that is happening in the world, and our abrupt stop of income flow (we are in the travel industry), our finances to complete the renovation has slowed. We have decided to go ahead with a funding program to help us move forward on schedule (t is more of a pre-sale event than a fundraiser).We have hats, t-shirts and of course beer! We are also offering the opportunity to stay in our B&B do some serious eating and drinking as well as partaking in a brew class. So if you are inclined, please check it out! We understand that many people may be unable to participate, however, we would appreciate you sharing our project far and wide to help us get the word out! We were lucky enough to be in Santiago de Compostela on one of the rare occasions they swing the ceremonial incense after Mass. This was done in ancient times systematically as so many people crowded into the cathedral (and many apparently slept there) that it got pretty ripe, so the incense was an attempt to de-tox it.
