Over the years, we have been fortunate to own vacation rentals, rental homes and a second home. Through out hands-on-experiences, we have come to intimately understand the unique aspects of the investment real estate business and the expectations of both renter and owner. Experiencing first hand the need for a more personalized property management service, with higher standards than what was being

offered to us on the Balboa Peninsula, we began managing our own properties in 1995, handling everything from website design and marketing to maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services. Soon after, we were asked to manage other family properties and those that came from referrals. Over the years, we have slowly and carefully built a talented and dedicated management team with a variety of skilled and loyal vendors, contractors, and property caregivers that we might offer our personal and customized management services to other investment and/or rental property owners who either don't have the time to manage their own properties, or who have become disenchanted with their current management service provider. Beachview Property Management is a family owned and operated real estate & property management company, located in Newport Beach. We offer full-service, partial-service and/or limited management services to meet the specific needs of our owner clients. We manage our properties with the same care and attention as we our own, focusing on maximizing income potential; maintaining high standards in property maintenance, cleanliness and furnishings; and upholding a lasting reputation with loyal clientele and new tenant bookings. Our Story

Mike and Connie Adnoff are Newport Beach natives and something of experts in hospitality. Itʼs hereditary. Mike recalls many childhood mornings when he returned from surfing to sweep the sidewalks around his parentsʼ vacation rentals. Connieʼs parents purchased their Newport vacation home which was regularly offered to friends and visiting missionaries from their church for over 50 years. Growing up in that culture instilled a deep sense of service in Mike and Connie as well as a desire to share their love of the area. Newport wasnʼt just their home but the home they opened to guests.

More than twenty years ago, Mike and Connie first rented out the small studio above their garage to visitors. Theyʼve run Beachview in the same way ever since: as if they are welcoming guests into their own home. The number of properties they manage has grown and their services continue to evolve but the business remains as hands-on and family-run as ever.
