Come enjoy this newly renovated ranch style home with 2-beds and 1-bath. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the Navy Base (1.2 miles / 5-minute drive) and Newport Hospital. The backyard is fully fenced in and comes with use of a new shed for storage. The basement is partially finished to allow for extra living space and in the utility portion there is a private washer and dryer plus additional storage. The driveway is large enough for 2 cars and off street parking is free. A short walk will get you to Broadway and all the nice restaurants and you'll be less than 2 miles to the beaches and downtown.

Inspected by the Navy War College in 2018 and and City of Newport Housing Authority 2021.
