Our Story

This amazing collection of homes on the Central Oregon Coast has something for everyone. Yaquina Surf Camp, with amazing whitewater views, a spa, sauna and a whale watching deck; Yaquina Bay Club, a serene waterfront oasis with views of the ocean, bridge, fishing fleet and abundant sea life; Captain’s Quarters, a luxurious villa in the heart of Nye Beach with a Secret Game Room and an 800 square foot master bedroom; The Landing at Nye Beach, a trendy loft in the heart of Nye Beach just steps to the beach, pubs and shops; and Captain’s Landing, a breathtaking ocean-view villa that can accommodate up to 12 guests.

We are proud to introduce our newest property: The Cannery Estate. This property is nestled on almost five private waterfront acres. The main home, The Cannery, is an historic 1926 Craftsman, extensively renovated, that sleeps 10, has two bars, a pool table, a ping pong table, game room with 150” screens. The Lodge, formerly a workshop and artist’s studio, is now a rustic| farmhouse|industrial, open-concept home with incredible water views that sleeps six. The Cannery Estate offers its guests a world of luxury, privacy and fun behind its gates. Almost five acres of waterfront paradise, this historic estate has been painstakingly renovated over nine months and now includes a new 8-person spa, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor fireplace, a firepit, a tea house, and three private beaches.

Our homes are designed for your family with comfortable, high-end furnishings, fun touches like a Secret Game Room, 100” - 150” screens for your movie nights, and all of the amenities you could want. We feature unique furnishings and artwork in each property, and all are in close proximity to all of the wonderful Central Coast attractions.
