Chalet 76 is a family owned authentic ski house that can be enjoyed by all ages in all seasons! Family owned and operated Chalet!

We are a short term rental ski house, but great for year round vacations located 6 minutes from the Sunday River base. We have a great game room, hot tub, fire pit and bar + dining space with a LOADED kitchen.

The Chalet 76 family would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Craig Garrett. A firefighter who was like a brother to some of the Chalet 76 owners, Craig will be forever missed. We knew it was fate when his badge number, 76, appeared as the address of our property.
Craig was the definition of a fighter and taught so many around him what it means to live every moment of life to the fullest.
