🎄The holidays are all about cherished family traditions—and at the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth, there are traditions new and old from all corners of the globe!

🎁For many guests, the Candlelight Processional is a must-do tradition each year. The beloved show tells the story of Christmas through a stunning performance, featuring a celebrity narrator, a mass choir of Disney cast members and young singers from the community, a 50-piece orchestra, herald trumpets, and the incredible Voices of Liberty. Showtimes this year have adjusted to 5:00 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.

My featured clients this week are actual super stars! This family headed to Orlando, knowing a storm was possible, and decided to make the best of every moment!

Upon arrival, their rooms were mixed up and needed fixing. They took a ride to Disney Springs to enjoy family time while the resort sorted out the issue.

They then ran into the inevitable closure due to the impending hurricane and yet again, they made the best of their situation all while keeping me updated on how things were going down there.

Now because they used a specialist like myself to book their trip, I will be working with Disney this week to see what kind of refunds or fixes they will offer this family for the park days lost. They don’t have to worry about long wait times on the phone as I take care of it all!
