Fond memories of my travels and work in Morocco. These pancakes were there for breakfast every morning. Love the complexity of the yeast batter and the drizzle of unfiltered honey.

Drizzled with honey–butter, these chewy, yeasted crêpes are cooked only on one side giving them the mottled appearance from which they take their name.

There you have it, it throughly matters to drink wine out of the right glass! However I don't agree at the end of the article that wine in a paper cup might do fine. I refuse to drink wine out of paper or plastic cups, then I prefer not to drink at all. If you want your body to ingest alcohol you better let the wine pamper you and enjoy every sip of it!

There's a scientific reason most of us don't drink wine out of, say, a martini glass.
