🇮🇹 NEW TRIP SNEAK PEEK! 🇮🇹 🍕 🍷 🍝

In late-May 2025 I’ll be leading an 11-day tour through Tuscany and Umbria that will focus on the amazing food and wine of the region, and of course other great Italian culture, architecture, landscapes, and history. To top it off, we will be staying at some incredible hand-picked boutique hotels and vineyards.

Space will very limited (appx 20) and from 6/29-7/13 there will be a $150 per person discount, putting the price at approximately $4570 plus air. The trip includes many fantastic meals plus a cooking class, and incredible lodging, food and wine tastings, guided tours of markets, farms/vineyards, and Italian towns.

🇮🇹 I’m super excited to announce tour details soon for a late-May 2025, small-group, 11-day, Italy trip —— Food & Wine (and coffee too!): Flavors of Tuscany and Umbria! 🇮🇹

20 fellow Italian food and beverage fans can come along with me and enjoy some incredible cultural sights, AND, many included specialized meals, a cooking class and tastings, and Italian wine experiences!!

Stops will include: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Chianti, Montalcino, Lake Trasimeno, Cortuna, Orvieto, and more, before concluding in Rome.

I know many folks out there haven’t heard very much about Bali - maybe the touristy side of it, or perhaps you’ve enjoyed “Eat, Pray, Love” (the book or movie, no judgment from me; I liked both). I first started traveling there in the early 90s for business, and then took a 30 year hiatus from visiting. I returned with an open mind and became absolutely smitten with the island during my stay. I love the amazingly kind people, the small shops and stalls, the delicious food, the spirituality that infuses pretty much every aspect of Bali, the stunning landscapes, the clear waters, the snorkeling, the mountains, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the coffee farms (and roasters!).

In late September 2024, I'll be leading a small-group of enthusiastic travelers to multiple purposefully-picked locations in Bali, and there are still a few spaces open. New Trip Announcement/Info! Visit the website ASAP as this one should fill quicker than most!

It's now official! 24 of us will be heading to TANZANIA June 15-24, 2025 to enjoy amazing East African safari including cultural visits to Masai villages, an animal rehabilitation sanctuary, and a coffee farm!! This one is open to anyone, from anywhere (you don't have to be an Okie!). Bring the kids or bring a friend to see thousands of animals in their native homes. It would make an amazing family vacation, solo adventure, or couples/friends getaway.

For the first month or so, there'll be an "Early Bird" discount of $200 making the price $3,950 plus air and a few other things.
