I've been busy lately. Solo trip to Iceland, check. Multi-family trip to Cancun for February vacation, check.

Next up, custom itinerary for a grandparent / grandkid trip to Paris. Choosing accommodations is just the start. Coordinating flight arrival and departure times, securing ground transportation, identifying restaurants, building public transit guides, and most importantly, curating a selection of activities for all the guests to enjoy, is part of what it means to be a travel advisor.

I love planning vacations!! My husband likes it better when I plan vacations for other people.

Hard at work building a multi-family February Vacation trip to Cancun!!! Once we chose the resort, the rooms they wanted weren't available. After lots of problem solving with my agency and our consortium, we are able to make it work.

What's most important to me is finding the right resort with the right room in the right location for the right price. My goal is to send clients on the vacation they want, not the vacation I can sell.

It's not too late to make plans for winter getaways!!!

Santa Fe is incredible. We haven’t had a single bad meal. The food has ranged from outstanding to exceptional. Today we enjoyed a James Beard recognized, top 20 taqueria in the United States. And yes, it’s a food truck.

Disney World has made changes to their “pay to skip the line” program, again. FastPass, Genie+, ILL, Lightning Lane Multipass, 3 days in advance, day of, etc. It’s confusing. Don’t worry, our job as travel advisors is to keep ourselves up to date with the most relevant, recent, and accurate information about a destination so that we can ensure that you have a wonderful vacation. That’s why we matter.

Today’s Pride destination is Ogunquit, Maine. My happy place - instant relaxation and joy. Cute town with lots of great shops, food, live entertainment, and top notch theatrical productions, complete with a yearly visit from Sally Struthers. Relax on the beach, take a stroll on the Marginal Way, savor a sumptuous lobster roll near the foot bridge in Perkins Cove.

A great destination for a day, a long weekend, a week or even longer.

Currently planning a mother-daughter road trip down the PCH. Road trips are fun, and this is one of the most iconic drives in the US.

It can be overwhelming to plan out the itinerary - what are the best places to stop? what attractions are must see? what hotels would work best? An agent does all the research for you, and then works alongside you to refine and customize the itinerary to make sure the trip is exactly what you want.

Disneyland!! The happiest place on earth. This year there were 2 Disney after dark pride nites. But all year long it’s a great place for the q***r community.

San Francisco! I love this city - but I also love going to Napa and Sonoma just to the north for wine. And I love heading south on the PCH down to Santa Cruz to ride the Giant Dipper, and to Pescadero for Olallieberry Pie at Duarte's Tavern.

The Westin Union Square, The Lodge at Sonoma Resort, and The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay are all lovely properties. And I strongly suggest heading up Howell Mountain to CADE winery - breathtaking views of Napa Valley and incredible estate cabernet.

Norway - the country with room for everyone, no matter who you are or who you love. Among the first countries to enact laws protecting q***r folk, Norway is a wonderous place to explore.

From enchanting Oslo to the Northern Fjords, Norway has incredible landscapes to discover. Stay at the historic Grand Hotel in Oslo, or travel way up north to Manshausen, where the mountains meet the sea and your rom cantilevers out over the water. Knutholmen on the water gives you the opportunity to step into the maritime world.

Today's PRIDE destination is Thailand. The small country is very accepting and has been openly welcoming LGBTQ+ travelers for decades.

Relax and indulge at Napasai, A Belmond Hotel, or at the Four Seasons Koh Samui, or the Ritz Carlton Phulay Bay.

BOTSWANA! Same s*x relationships are legal, especially in the main tourist areas. And when on safari , you will encounter hardly anyone.

One of the most LGBTQ+ Progressive nations in the world = MALTA, an island in the Mediterranean midway between Sicily and the North African coast.

Malta has it all. Incredible historic sites; top notch dining, including 7 eateries with at least 1 Michelin star; and q***r rights protected at the Constitutional level.

Lots of choices for lodging, including the smaller, and very luxurious, Xara Palace Relais & Chateaux or the Palazzo Consiglia. The Phoenicia Hotel is slightly bigger, but just as opulent, and literally, fit for a Queen.

Next up for our Pride destinations - Galapagos!! The Galapagos are a wildlife and nature enthusiast's dream. Explore all that the islands have to over on a cruise. Adventures by Disney is a fantastic option. Family-friendly and great for a multigenerational group! National Geographic and Hurtigruten also offer fantastic itineraries.

I’m super excited to bring my own q***r family to the Galapagos this year.

Key West is a super welcoming island paradise - and you can drive there!! Easy access to Dry Tortuga National Park, plus all the sun you could ever dream off.

The Casa Marina Del Mar has its own private beach. And for the ultimate luxury experience, check out Little Palm Island Resort - the only private island resort in the US.
