Luke's a little older these days and lots of the kids in this video are in college, but the goal is still to get kids outdoors, taking risks, and becoming good solid human beings. Some of our favorite events are when we get to rent out our sister company’s space at for full company buyouts and company picnics. Always awesome to see the whole org or company getting out for some celebration and fun. This is as with our good friends at the last year!

Why are we so excited? Courtenay Brimer is shifting gears and joining us at Compass Outdoor Adventures full time as our new Program Manager! Courtenay brings enough outdoor adventure know-how to wrestle a grizzly bear blindfolded (don't worry, we’ll stick to being a guide). Here’s what she’ll be up to:

- Crafting customized programs so fun, you'll think we hired a magician.
- Leading our team of outdoor enthusiasts—think of them as adventure superheroes.
- Ensuring safety standards that make bubble wrap look dangerous.
- Building rock-solid client relationships (yes, puns always included).
- Always improving our programs based on your top-notch feedback.

So buckle up, it's going to be an EPIC ride!
