Since the 1600's the Rose family has farmed the land on the Branford/North Branford townline. Over the last hundred years the farm has alternated from an orchard, which was decimated during the Hurricane of '38, to a dairy farm, and back again to an orchard in the early '70s. Currently we have expanded our offerings to include a greenhouse filled with tomatoes, other vegetables, bedding plants, a

nd hanging baskets. In addition the family makes their own maple syrup, operates a soft serve frozen custard stand and a bakery, and is expanding their agri-tourism business. seven days a week. The Creamery is now open for the season. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We thank you for your patronage. The Rose Farm is committed to providing good family fun in a beautiful outdoor setting complete with farm animals for the children to feed, a hay maze for children to play in, and a scenic hayride tour through a covered bridge and the woods enjoyed by young and old alike.

Our first CSA program is here! We are offering a prepaid CSA Card that will be on sale in the farm market. The Card will cost $450, but hold a $500 value. The CSA cards will be usable starting June 1st until November 1st and can be used on anything purchased from the Farm Market, Grill or Creamery. The Card can be used for pick your own items, the corn maze, hayrides, pies, cookies, ice cream, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, etc. Stop in and pick yours up today!😀
