Ellen is such a great woman to work with! She has had remarkable results thus far in her wellness journey at The Fitness Farm! She’s lost 14 lbs, she has taken control of her nutrition by weighing her food. When she started with us, she was suffering knee arthritis and she walked with limp, now she’s walking normally! ❤️
