As of February 1, 2023, I will no longer be planning travel. I have decided to fully retire and devote my life to my family and friends and do a little traveling myself.
I have enjoyed helping others go on their dream vacation to celebrate weddings, anniversaries, family time or fun with friends. I am grateful for those that trusted in me to help them plan their trips.

THIS right here is why you should use a Travel Agent. Yes, you can book a Viking cruise yourself but your trip is so much easier when I assist you. I take care of all the details and keep you informed of any changes.
What a great trip my clients had!

Tonga is often overlooked by visitors and plays hosts to only a few cruise ships.
Nevertheless, you don’t have to go far from the international airport to encounter some incredible sights, such as the jettisoning of pacific waves from the blowholes known as Mapu’a ‘a Vaea or the Chief’s Whistles. Also on the island circuit is the Hufangalupe wave-cut arch and a three headed coconut tree.
Who knew? Not many because it’s one of those sights people don’t visit.

Another beautiful place not many people get to see.......
Russia’s Kamchatka peninsula is wild and exciting, but the high costs involved with accessing such a remote region keeps tourist numbers low. It’s a vast wilderness of jaw-dropping volcanic peaks, geysers and hot springs. It’s nature’s reserve brim with brown bears and wild rivers teeming with fish. You could say it’s Russia’s answer to Alaska, in fact, during a very short summer season, you can jump on a direct flight from Anchorage and compare the two.

Another place people rarely see is
Tiger’s Nest, Bhutan.
Their most famous attraction, only being a 20 minute journey from the nations capital Paro, the countries policy of rationing tourism via a compulsory daily spend keeps numbers relatively low. This sacred Buddhist site was constructed in 1692 and remains a working monastery to this day. Access is via a steep trail, but the reward at the end of the path is more than worth the cost and effort.

Vanuatu is one of the friendliest nations in the whole South Pacific and it’s many islands have their own unique personality. One of the most compelling is the island of Tanna.
For shear spectacle it’s hard to beat driving to the crater rim of the explosive Mount Yasur while that same volcanic landscape endows the island shoreline with some wonderful black sand beaches.

Today is the 50th anniversary of Earth Day! I remember as a young girl in Scouts we planted trees on Earth Day. I learned at an early age how important it was to take care of our earth and it is still with me today. This pandemic has shown what we are doing to our earth. Areas normally filled with smog are much better. Rivers and streams are more clear. Beaches are trash free and not polluting our ocean.

I promised to post places not many people get to see.
First Destination:
Off the coast of Mozambique you’ll find the Comoros. Of the archipelagos three main volcanic islands, Moheli is considered by many the most beautiful beach. It’s beaches are world class and the opportunities for snorkeling and diving within it’s warm water equally so. In summer humpback whales can be spotted near the shore. The place they call Perfume Isles is paradise and you probably won’t have to share it. Only 28,000 visited there in 2017.
