What began as our venture into renting condos has since turned into a full-service rental business structured to best serve you and your family. We’re enthusiastic about the North Myrtle Beach lifestyle, and offer up to 26 different rental properties for visitors t

o enjoy. Depending on the time of year, parties of six to eight can book a stay for any time span, from four days up to a full month. Each unit is equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making them the perfect spots for families to enjoy beach life comfortably. We are trying to build our direct bookings to help guests avoid the service fees charged by AIRBNB and VRBO. One way to do this is to appear prominently when potential guests search the internet for Myrtle Beach area vacation rentals.

New to the rental market this condo is located on the top floor (accessible by elevator) of Ocean Creek Resorts Lodge #4 and features all the comforts of home including fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, free WIFI, cable TV, balcony, 2 bedrooms (4 beds/Sleeps 7) and 2 full baths.

Lodge 4 is located in the center of the resorts 57 acres of pools, tennis, more pools, volley ball, hot tubs, restaurants, and other fantastic resort amenities including the ocean which is a short nine minute walk or just hop on the shuttle. See photo number 8 for resort map!

Guests of Lodge 4 have full access to the fitness center just a few steps away located Lodge 1. The fitness room features state of the art Life Fitness equipment including two treadmills, a workout bench, pulley weight machine, recumbent exercise bike and an elliptical cross trainer. Stay cool in the air-conditioned facilities while you run on the treadmill or pedal on the stationary bike to get invigorated for a day at the beach or night out around town.

Also available to our guests are several outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and an indoor pool and hot tub. There is a bike path that runs throughout the property and there is an oceanfront beach cabana area with a playground, a horseshoe pit, and a seasonal bar and grill.

Our Story

We started by renting our two condos but now have branched into managing the rentals for other owners and are up to 14 rental properties including the 2 we own. Thirteen of the units are in the Waterpointe 1 building at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach SC. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths Our rental policy allows a maximum of 6-8 persons depending on unit configuration of the unit. This restriction is for both the safety and comfort of our guest. HOA policy prohibits motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and pets. Smoking on property is restricted to designated areas and smoking is not allowed in the rental units.
