Located near the famous channels of Cherry Grove, and across from the main inlet, we have strived to make this as comfortable as possible for you and your family. We have been renting beach homes for years and we always took notes as to what we liked and didn't like in those places. We hope you feel we have put those notes to good use here! The recently renovated main living area and kitchen are well stocked with extras touches like an electric teapot, crock pot, and so on. We have also added new glasses, silverware, dishware, and accessories. There are also flat-screen televisions in every bedroom as well as a large 60" Smart HDTV in the living/family room. The newly renovated ground level game room has a large TV as well as a ping-pong table, and allows direct access to the rear yard and pool. There is ample parking in the long driveway, so large family or multi-family vacations will be a piece of cake. There's even an oversized two-car garage if you'd like to park under the house! Of course, you like to disconnect while we're awayt, but sometimes you can't help but checking social media, email, news, or some sports scores before bed. To take care of that we have installed a high-speed WiFi router so you're connected anywhere in and around of the home. Speaking of outside the home... the front porch offers great views of the inlet which feeds the Cherry Grove channels. The master bedroom located on the upper floor has a deck as well which offers even better views of the inlet! In the rear of the home, two of the bedrooms have decks which offer a view of the pool and rear fenced in yard. The home is a very short walk to the beach with direct beach access around the corner. As mentioned, the home has views of the inlet near "The Point", which is also a short walk and is a perfect area to fish or to just relax and bird watch across the inlet at the sanctuary. Wide beaches, family friendly, and only minutes from food, shopping, putt-putt, golf, and other area attractions!
