Atlantis Villas 101 is family owned, but the family also holds a partnership interest in unit 102. This partnership allows for more flexible options and ease for scheduling your next big outing. Further, thanks to t

he partnership, units 101 and 102 form a lockout, which allows a group renting both units to form the two units into a very large 12 bed/10 bath unit with double kitchens, game rooms, and living rooms. We believe this option makes Atlantis 101 & 102 truly one of the biggest and best options for housing your next large event, retreat, or family reunion!

Hello Everyone,
We hope you are getting excited for another prime vacation season. We wanted to fill you in on two things quickly...

1) We are now accepting reservations for repeat guests up to 15 months in advance of your vacation. If you have a set week for your 2023 vacation, please make your reservations early rather than waiting until closer to your vacation and potentially missing out on your week!

2) We can't share all the details yet, but we have some exciting things planned for 2023, and you won't want to miss them. If it's been a couple years since you were last with us, 2023 will be a great year to start planning your return. Consider this the written version of one of those cool trailers you see for all the hit movies!

Since there were no evacuation orders given, our family was able to stay and capture some video of Hurricane Isaias' landfall. The video is mostly dark, but you can see the increased height of the waves, their position higher on the beach and hear the wind whipping. All is well today!

Dear Friends,

Today we received some very disheartening news. The North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Visitors Bureau announced today that all short-term rentals set to begin between March 27, 2020 though April 30, 2020 will be canceled unless they are for certain exempted personnel.

This hits our family-owned units hard. We take great joy in opening up our place to your family and groups to create lasting memories. We haven't posted here in order to try and limit the onslaught of emails you've no doubt received already, but that doesn't limit the measures we strive to take to always keep your group as safe as possible. We first strive to make sure the units are always cleaned thoroughly and we are receptive and respond to those that have concerns.

We will be reaching out individually to the reservations this affects, and please know that your family is in our thoughts and prayers during this trying time. When we get to the other side of this, we humbly ask for you to consider us for your next trip to cure your concerns with the sand and waves at North Myrtle Beach. Blessings!

Here's an updated look at current conditions... You'll notice that the tide/surge is pretty high, but still short of the dunes.

It is expected that Dorian, like Florence and Matthew before it, will prove how important it is to have the sand dunes intact between Atlantis Villas and the ocean. The vegetation on the dunes helps keeps them in place and acts as a buffer against the storm surge. That's why we are thankful for our guests obeying the ordinances and posted signs and staying off the dunes and not disturbing the vegetation on them.

This is a reminder to heed the local authorities' evacuation orders as they prepare for Dorian's potential landfall.

Atlantis Villas' elevator should be locked on the 3rd floor now and the pool pumps shut off as well as the deck furniture moved into units or otherwise secured. Please be safe if remaining in the area and prepare to be self-sufficient for several days if needed.

Please remember if and when you are at the beach, fireworks may be legal in parts of South Carolina, but they are illegal on the beach in North Myrtle. Be safe and leave the fireworks to the professionals!

Hello Everyone, we've got our spring cleaning finished up, and we're excited for another summer season of fun times at North Myrtle Beach!

We still have the following weeks available for this summer:

Unit 101 - August 17-24 and Sept 7-14

Unit 102 - July 27-Aug 3 and Sept 7-14

Since both units are available Sept 7-14, it'd be a great week to bring your while group down! Group discount available for both units on the same week.

Thank you to all our past guests and supporters for your prayers and support for the Carolinas. Reports are that Atlantis Villas escaped relatively unscathed as Florence made landfall in North Carolina and the flooding appears to be more inland. We did lose power for approximately a day, but overall Atlantis Villas fared the storm very well.

Please continue your prayers and support for those that lost so much more in this tragic storm, and we hope to see everyone back in the Carolinas soon.

We are always thankful to God for our freedoms of this country. As a military family, we also recognize and are grateful for the Servicemembers and their families that have given so much to protect those freedoms. Be safe and enjoy those freedoms this summer with your family, and if you happen to be staying at the beach over the 4th, watch for this cool tradition.
